Is it a breakfast bread or is it cake ~


Still in search of bringing out the best flavor of apples in a baked goods I made this scrumptious Apple Cinnamon Walnut breakfast bread. When you place in in a tube pan it becomes a delightful cake. I love everything about it! It is moist, lots of apple-ly goodness and a little crunch. I think the secret is cooking the apples ever so slightly, well before applesauce, but soft. Yum
