Apple Pie cookies ~

I have figured out that I am bad at following directions, especially when it comes to cooking. I used an 3 1/4 inch cookie cutter which made my cookies more of a hand pie. More yummy goodness! I chopped & slightly cooked the apples before filling the pastry. I would use more apples or less cinnamon next time, maybe today. I poked each with a fork, brushed with milk and sprinkled the pies with sugar.
