and a thought
I was thinking about this quote and my interpretation was that it referred to the 'things' we surround ourselves with in our homes. Perhaps it is about the people or better yet our thoughts. I am lucky enough to be surrounded by my family, both near and far. Two more are going off to college in the Fall, to make their fortunes and perhaps find a partner then think about having a family of their own. I can only look forward to our house being filled with the sounds of all their sweet voices when they come home for the holidays.
It will be strangely quiet till then. Good thing I have a hobby!
